The level of anti-war protest in the Bay area continues to be strong. For the big picture, I'd recommend looking at the KQED coverage - a decent, locally aware public broadcasting network. The East-Bay reaction isn't all making the news, though. Yesterday I saw a father and his two children, holding hand-drawn signs on bristol board, standing on a corner two blocks from my house in Albany. During the week some popular Berkeley Businesses, such as the Cheeseboard Collective, closed shop for the day.
